The hotel was well-equipped and spotless, with extremely helpful and exceptionally polite staff who were genuine in their efforts to assist. Also, location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a large urban plaza...

Comfortable queen room with a spacious bathroom, a bonus of tea making facilities, and a lovely balcony 🌿. The location up on a hill was fantastic, and we absolutely loved our stay.

The breakfast here was alright. They had both microwaved tortillas, which were a bit burnt, and fresh fruit. The service was nice! 🍳

Very good central location. Both public transport (metro, airport express) and tourist destinations (e.g. el Retiro, Museo del Prado) are within easy walking distance. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. Particularly noteworthy is the very spacious and beautiful bathroom (both shower and bath) and also very well equipped with care products. Bed was very comfortable with several pillows. Despite the central location and a lot of activity on the streets, none of this was heard in the room. WiFi worked very well. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.
Room could be a bit bigger and there could be more sockets (only 2 free behind the desk). It is currently being renovated because it got a little louder at times (but only in the morning you were not thrown out of bed)

The location is excellent, is in a quiet area and very connected to any tourist.
This is a point to be highlighted as constructive criticism. During our 3 night stay, although the room was in optimal hygienic conditions in room 409 there was a strong smell of sewage/pipes during the day which made it very difficult to rest in the room. I am not usually one of those customers who complains about simple and understandable things but I consider this an important issue. I reported this to the reception and they kindly tried to solve it, without offering us a change of room, but they could not solve the problem. As I didn't used to be there all day I let it go because I was only going to be there for three nights. Apart from this inconvenience, which they will surely solve in the future, everything else was perfect. I repeat that I am not usually one of those clients who complains about anything, in fact it is a constructive criticism that was also informed at the hotel during my stay.

I always use this hotel in Madrid. It's at the quiet end of Infantas, bordering on the gay area Chueca and it's location is excellent for Gran Via or Banco Espana metros, and also for walking. There are dozens of restaurants/cafes in the area ranging from cheap local places to more expensive trendy bistros. The staff are polite and friendly although I really only meet them at check in/out. The rooms are large, as are the bathrooms and the hotel provides a decent selection of good quality towels. Can't comment on the food but the restaurant looks very nice. I'm very happy staying there.
It would be good to have tea making facilities in the room but this is very rare in continental hotels. It doesn't matter that much because there's a Starbucks opposite.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very central yet tucked in and not too noisy. It is very close to the shopping area, restaurants and museums. Our room (superior) was great and very clean. The staff are very discreet, professional, nice and efficient. What I liked most about the room is the minimalist design, wooden floors and those awful hotel carpets that are full of dust. We went there with our 7-year old son and we shall definitely return to this hotel whenever we visit Madrid.
